Điều Khoản Sử Dụng Terms of Service

1. Chấp thuận các điều khoản

Chào mừng bạn đến với FastDays. Bằng việc tải về, cài đặt, truy cập hoặc sử dụng ứng dụng di động FastDays và các trang web liên kết ("Dịch vụ"), bạn xác nhận đã đọc, hiểu rõ và đồng ý chịu sự ràng buộc bởi các Điều khoản Sử dụng này ("Điều khoản").

2. Tài khoản & Bảo mật

  • Đăng ký tài khoản: Bạn có thể đăng nhập bằng Google, Apple Sign-In hoặc Email để đồng bộ dữ liệu sự kiện đám mây. Bạn cam kết cung cấp thông tin chính xác và chịu trách nhiệm bảo mật tài khoản của mình.

3. Nội dung người dùng & Quyền sở hữu (User Content)

  • Quyền sở hữu của bạn: Bạn giữ toàn bộ quyền sở hữu đối với các hình ảnh, nhật ký cảm xúc (Moments), tên sự kiện kỷ niệm và thông tin mà bạn tải lên ứng dụng FastDays.
  • Nội dung bị cấm: Nghiêm cấm tải lên các nội dung độc hại, khiêu dâm, vi phạm bản quyền hoặc trái pháp luật.

4. Không gian nhóm & Chia sẻ (Group Sharing)

Khi bạn tạo hoặc tham gia một Nhóm trên FastDays, các thành viên trong nhóm sẽ có quyền xem các ngày kỷ niệm và hình ảnh Moments được chia sẻ chung trong nhóm đó.

5. Quyền sở hữu trí tuệ của FastDays

Toàn bộ giao diện, thiết kế đồ họa, biểu tượng logo, thuật toán tính toán Âm lịch và mã nguồn của ứng dụng FastDays là tài sản trí tuệ độc quyền của đội ngũ phát triển FastDays (BizFast).

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FastDays. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the FastDays mobile application and related websites ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Accounts & Security

  • Account Registration: You may sign in using Google, Apple Sign-In, or Email to enable secure cloud synchronization. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

3. User Content & Ownership

  • Your Ownership: You retain complete ownership rights to your uploaded photos, Moments diary entries, anniversary titles, and notes stored in FastDays.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, infringing, or harmful content.

4. Shared Spaces & Group Collaboration

When you create or join a Shared Group on FastDays, fellow group members gain permission to view mutual countdowns and moments shared within that specific space.

5. FastDays Intellectual Property

The application interface, design tokens, icons, logo, astronomical Lunar algorithm, and underlying code are the exclusive intellectual property of FastDays (BizFast). Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
