Cam kết bảo mật của FastDays: Quyền riêng tư của bạn là ưu tiên hàng đầu của chúng tôi. FastDays không bao giờ bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào vì mục đích quảng cáo hoặc theo dõi thương mại.

1. Giới thiệu chung

Chính sách Bảo mật này mô tả cách FastDays ("chúng tôi", "ứng dụng") thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ thông tin khi bạn sử dụng ứng dụng di động FastDays trên hệ điều hành iOS (Apple App Store) và Android (Google Play Store).

2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

a. Thông tin tài khoản người dùng

  • Đăng nhập mạng xã hội (Google / Apple Sign-In): Tên hiển thị, địa chỉ email và mã định danh duy nhất (User ID).
  • Tài khoản thông thường: Tên hiển thị, địa chỉ email và mật khẩu (được mã hóa một chiều bằng bcrypt).

b. Dữ liệu sự kiện & Kỷ niệm (Anniversaries & D-Day)

  • Tên sự kiện kỷ niệm, ngày bắt đầu hoặc ngày diễn ra (Dương lịch hoặc Âm lịch).
  • Cài đặt lặp lại (hàng năm, hàng tháng, không lặp lại) và chế độ đếm (đếm xuôi, đếm ngược).
  • Cài đặt nhắc nhở thông báo trước (1 ngày, 3 ngày, 7 ngày, 30 ngày).

c. Hình ảnh & Nhật ký Moments

  • Hình ảnh kỷ niệm do bạn chủ động chụp hoặc chọn từ thư viện ảnh để gắn vào từng sự kiện hoặc ảnh bìa nhóm.
  • Ghi chú/cảm xúc đính kèm theo từng khoảnh khắc (Moments).

3. Quyền truy cập thiết bị (Device Permissions)

  • Quyền Thông báo (Notifications): Cho phép gửi thông báo nhắc nhở ngày kỷ niệm theo cấu hình bạn đã đặt.
  • Quyền Thư viện ảnh / Camera (Photos & Camera): Cho phép bạn chọn hoặc chụp ảnh kỷ niệm để tạo ảnh bìa và tải lên nhật ký Moments.

4. Dịch vụ của bên thứ ba (Third-Party Services)

  • Google Firebase: Xác thực người dùng (Firebase Auth) và hạ tầng gửi thông báo đẩy (Firebase Cloud Messaging - FCM).
  • Apple Sign-In: Dịch vụ xác thực đăng nhập an toàn, bảo mật quyền riêng tư cho người dùng thiết bị Apple.
  • Cơ sở dữ liệu đám mây mã hóa (MongoDB Cloud Atlas): Lưu trữ thông tin tài khoản và sự kiện đã được mã hóa an toàn.

5. Yêu cầu Xóa tài khoản & Dữ liệu (Data Deletion)

Theo chuẩn quy định của Apple App Store và Google Play, bạn có toàn quyền xóa dữ liệu cá nhân của mình:

  • Xóa tài khoản trực tiếp trong ứng dụng: Mở FastDays ➔ Vào Cài đặt ➔ Chọn Tài khoản ➔ Bấm "Xóa tài khoản" (Delete Account). Toàn bộ thông tin cá nhân, sự kiện và ảnh Moments sẽ được xóa vĩnh viễn ngay lập tức.
  • Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu qua Email: Gửi yêu cầu qua email bizfastgrow@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu - [Email tài khoản]". Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý và xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu trong vòng tối đa 48 giờ làm việc.

FastDays Privacy Commitment: Your privacy is our top priority. FastDays never sells your personal information to third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.

1. Introduction & Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how FastDays ("we", "our", "the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our mobile application on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store).

2. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

  • Social Login (Google & Apple Sign-In): Display name, email address, and unique user identifier (UID) provided by the authentication provider.
  • Standard Registration: Display name, email address, and securely hashed passwords (one-way bcrypt encryption).

b. Anniversary & D-Day Data

  • Event titles, start dates, and target dates (Solar or Lunar calendar dates).
  • Repeat frequencies (yearly, monthly, none) and display counting modes (count-up, count-down).
  • Advance reminder notification preferences (1, 3, 7, 30 days prior).

c. Moments & Media Attachments

  • Photos and memories you upload to attach to specific anniversaries or shared group covers.
  • Text notes, diary entries, and feelings recorded with moments.

3. Device Permissions

  • Push Notifications: Required to deliver scheduled reminder notifications for your upcoming anniversaries and milestone counts.
  • Photos & Camera: Required only when you select or capture photos to attach to your moments or profile.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Google Firebase: Secure authentication (Firebase Auth) and push notification delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging - FCM).
  • Apple Sign-In: Privacy-focused secure authentication for iOS users.
  • Encrypted Cloud Storage (MongoDB Cloud Atlas): Secure enterprise-grade database encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. User Data & Account Deletion

In full compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1 and Google Play Data Safety policies, you have complete control over your personal data:

  • Direct In-App Deletion: Open FastDays ➔ Navigate to Settings ➔ Account ➔ Tap "Delete Account". All your personal data, anniversaries, shared spaces, and moment photos will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately.
  • Email Deletion Request: If you no longer have the app installed, you may email us at bizfastgrow@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - [Your Account Email]". We will process and permanently purge all associated data within 48 business hours.
